Work on the Station Road footpath ended on Friday, four days ahead of the deadline set by the Sevli Municipal Corporation (fictional).

Forty-two hawkers have been moved to a marked vending bay beside the bus stand. The corporation says licences will be checked next week.

Footpath open: 6 am to 10 pm.
